The ingredients used by Shea Moi are handpicked and the products are hand-made in small batches to ensure the highest quality results. Due to the meticulous nature of the products and their manufacturing process, they are non-refundable. Please review the ingredients carefully to avoid any potential allergies/sensitivities. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If your product was damaged during transit, please submit proof of damage via e-mail (shopsheamoi@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receipt to receive a replacement.

If you submitted an incorrect or insufficient address, your order will be shipped back to us. We will then contact you via email. Additional shipping invoice will be sent before reshipping your order. Once invoice is paid, we will proceed with reshipment.
