In order to control quality and maintain the integrity of our recipes, each product is hand-poured in our facility. The ingredients used by Shea Moi are hand-picked and the products are hand-made in small batches to ensure the highest quality results. Due to the meticulous nature of the products and their manufacturing process, they are non-refundable. Please review the ingredients carefully to avoid any potential allergies/sensitivities. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

​If your product was damaged during transit, please submit proof of damage via e-mail (hello@shea-moi.com) within 48 hours of receipt to receive a replacement.
Late or missing Packages (if applicable)
Please send us an email at hello@shea-moi.com to report missing packages.
Change or Cancel an Order
If you make an error in placing your order, contact hello@shea-moi.com to request an order modification. To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee any change or cancellation of your order. Any order that is fulfilled by Shea Moi, even when placed in error by the customer, is non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your product is defective or damaged, please submit proof of damage via e-mail (hello@shea-moi.com) within 48 hours of receipt to receive a replacement.
In the event of an exchange, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
